What better to celebrate the first post in my blog than presenting the newest addition to the family? Meet Jenny, my new dressform! One might think that she’s a bit shy and doesn’t fancy being naked but that’s not really the case (a bra but no undies, what is this? Duckburg?). No the fact is, she’s a bit upset about the size of her breasts and I don’t what her to go through plastic surgery so I let her borrow one of my bras. (Oh, and the thing at her waist line is one of my current projects. It’ll be a nice steampunk inspired skirt when it’s finished)

I’ve only had Jenny for about 2 weeks and so far I’m quite happy with her. If you disregard the boob issue, she’s really adjustable (~36-42) and that range should be good enough for both me and my friends. Could I change something, I think it would be the amount of padding. At the moment I need to stick in the needles sideways. It would be pretty neat to be able to just shove needles in her like she’s some voodoo-doll. This girl needs more body fat!
